my latest acquisition. :D now, whoever said tt online shopping isn't addictive is lying. had a mini birthday celebration for WT just now. t'was fun getting together, having a v nice dinner (but i'm feeling supremely full & bloated) & cam-whoring on the train!! too bad JT couldn't join us today. :( n we didn't go for our traditional k session too! nvm, we shall have one more in may yeah? for Pam & JP. :D JP's extremely sensitive abt her age now. i should have whipped out my camera faster when she was doing that 'oh my gosh' pose. sighhh. i only managed to get plenty of her with her hands in front of her face. no fun. :(

random stuff: JP says tt she sleeps late cause she's worrying abt getting older. WT says tt she sleeps late cause she's shopping online. ditto for me. and Pam says tt she sleeps late cause she's watching shows + working. there just aren't enough hours in a day for us eh?

it means 2 more weeks of school, 8 days of boon lay(inclusive of exams) and more of the east!! yippee. can i start planning my holiday timetable now? i find that i've a tendency to do that all the time. it gives me something to look forward to. hehe. had yummy & cheap sushi with yvonne last night. but i was quite tired from sch the whole day, and they didn't have my fried sushi too. :( nvm, we shd all go out again with cath & adelene after the exams. hehe. 한국어 수업을 아주 많이 보고 싶어요. 모르겠지만 뭐가 없어진 것 같아요. 한국어를 많이 관심있으니까 이렇께 생각하는데요. 5월8일 A1수업을 시작할 거예요. 얼마나 기쁘지 몰라요! ㅋㅋ. 그렇지만 문법과 어회를 꼭 다시 복습해요.

에스터 씨가 지금 일본에서 여행하고 있어요. 너무 부드럽다! 저도 가고 싶기는 하지만 대학에 다녀야해요. 내일 발표를 있어서 좀 슬버하고 재미없잖아요. 재발 방학을 빨리 와요. 저도 여행을 가고 싶은데요!

사실은 이번 학기가 관심을 없어서 공부하지 못 했어요. 왜 이렇께 생각 도 몰라요. 아마 마지막 학기 때문에?? 아... 몰라 몰라! 빨리 시험을 보고 5월 오고 그럼 여행을 갈 거에요. ;) 너무 재미 있더둔요! 않 그래요? 아무 것든 꼭 공부해야 해요..

just finished epi 7! it was great as usual. but i've gotta wait for the subs to be out first though.. only understood half of what was going on. my brain was working at top speed, trying to decipher everything that was being said & trying to recall all my vocab/grammar that i've learnt. doesn't help that both Seung Ah & Young Eun speak at top speed. i like 김하늘 here. her portrayal of Seung Ah's really gd! i can't wait to see what happens in the next episode. hehehe.

did i mention that its 8 more weeks to go?

i've never seen speeds up to 300kb/sec for my downloads! NEVER! i suppose that's y my teacher keeps saying how wonderful korea's internet is in comparison with SG. the best i can get from megaupload is abt 100+kb/sec & abt 50kb/sec from sendspace. but from daum, its like 300kb/sec!!!! i suppose its cause its a korean server? i dunno. but whatever the case is, its supremely fast! i get to watch my On Air, sub-less though. but i dun mind. hahaha.

german's not exactly thrilling, but i'll survive. mugging for it now since the exams are abt 2 weeks away! v v v v fast. accck. not v good.

i've got the urge to go shopping. any takers??

been doing quite a fair bit of shopping online lately. think its cause i'm just bored. sighhh. better stop shopping so much. even though i think i haven't really bought a lot so far. i forsee i'll do a lot of shopping in korea. i bet WS is at 동대문 now. hopefully she gets gd deals. hehe. ;)

even though exams are in like 3 weeks time, i'm still lazing ard like its a holiday. n a holiday it would be, if i didn't have projects to contend with. only 2 more presentations and its over! i really can't wait. this last sem has really flown by v quickly. but i think its cause i only appear in sch like twice a week. may, pls come quickly! and june-aug pls go by slowly. :D

wow, loads to blog about today! We had a cultural activity in school today & we had 떡국 & 김치. the 떡국 was v delicious, but i think i had too much of it cause esther didn't want to eat hers & gave me all of it. so i ended up full of 떡 & 국. hahaha. i tried 김치 for the 1st time in my life & came to the conclusion that it tastes like vegetables with chili. suffice to say, i had only 1 measly leaf of it. haha. & 민선생님 was supremely happy when our class won the 떡 cutting competition. we got a large box filled with korean snacks. think it wasn't easy chopping up the 떡. its quite hard & i think u need to have strength! plus u need to cut it at a 45 degree angle & it must be 4mm wide! so yeah. u need skill!!

and and and, most importantly, i passed my test!!!! got 82.3% & i'm elated. hur hur hur. must really be consistent & not leave studying to the last min.

한국어 시험을 끝았어요!!!! 아주 많이 기뻐요! 정말. 얼마나 스트래스가 받은지 물아요... 우리 이따가 학교에서 음식을 먹고 떡을 먹겠어요! 하하. 아그내스 씨가 오늘 대만에 여행 가서 이따가 가지 뭇 해서 많이 사진 찍을 거에요. 약속예요!! ;) 여헹 잘 다녀 오세요. 아.... 부드럽다. 저도 가고 싶어요.. 그리고 더 3달은 대학교 시험을 시작해요. 시간은 아주 빨라 지냈어요. 특히 이번 학기. 사실은 저는 한국어를 말하는 것이 자신이 없더든요. 1년3월 동안 배우지만 연습 기회 없고 많이 얘기 도 없어요. 어떻게 하죠? 아마 좋은 방법을 있으면 좀 차르져 주세요. :)

started on On Air today. its not too bad. can't wait to see what happens in the end. Its still early in the drama, so there's no telling what will happen. i really shouldn't be watching. not with all my stupid presentations, tests & exams piling up. Just rushed out my 311 presentation, so that i don't have to do it tomorrow & tues. i can then focus on my I2 finals. after that, its time to mug for the BIG finals!! bye bye NTU!! hehehe. i'm so totally behind for 311. i haven't done my readings! terrible.


and i'm so lusting after a new ipod. i maxed out on my mini eons ago! i need want a new 80GB one! but if u're feeling generous, i don't mind the 160GB one too!! ;)



okie, time to catch my 8 hrs(hopefully) of sleep, before continuing my studying AGAIN.

its been raining a lot lately..... i like. the weather in march now is reminiscent of december, very cooling & windy. just my type of weather. ;) i think the weather's quite erratic now. n goodness know why. but i'm not complaining. this nice cool weather makes SG a lot nicer to live in. 4 more weeks to the exams & 10 weeks or so to Korea. yippee yippee yay yay.

german quiz's tomorrow. shucks. not v v gd. esp since i've not touched german every since the beginning of the semester. our final exam for I2's next wed. and there's loads to study for as well. gonna head to my fave place to study with them all. hopefully 민 선생님 will do as she says & give us 100% hints.

요즘은 숙제를 아주 많아서 스트래스가 있고 걱정 도 있어요... 왜 이렇게 많니? 도대체 왜???? 아마 숙제를 조금 작이니까 더 편해잖아요. 날씨가 아주 많이 좋다. 왜냐하면 아주 시워해서 덥지 않아요. ㅋㅋㅋ 한국에 가기 전에 꼭 1급부터 6급까지 문법하고 어휘 다 외우고 복습해야 해요. 아니면 거기에서 쫌 힘네요. 경회대학교 아직 도 대답 하지 않아요. 제가 3월에 비행기표를 사고 팬선예약을 화긴하려 고해요. 아이구...

지금 수업이 안 가고 싶어요... :( 시험은 도 공부하지 않고 조금 피곤해서 팔리 집에 가고 싶어야!

particles. i have a love hate relationship with them. esp when i'm writing essays. i always have a problem with 싫어하다 & 좋아하다. i keep thinking that they're 상태동사 instead of 동작동사. :( 민선생님 warned our class to be careful with particles esp during the exams. cause if we write the wrong particles, she can't help us.....

i think next week's gonna be supremely busy!! i've a freaking german quiz on fri (which i know nuts abt), german essay due, 2 korean essays due on wed and a korean quiz to study for on fri!!!!! this is madness. so much vocab & grammar to study for. sighhhh. better buck up so that i can do well & go on to A1! n hopefully I2 in KHU. :)

민선생님 has been giving us a lot of homework lately. esp essays! the most recent one's about a friend. i hope its long enough for her. argh. i've been so hardworking today. hehe. finished up my 311 presentation slides in the morning & started on my korean h/w after that. :D

going for korean food with mickey next week! yippee yippee. been having a craving for it ever since my korean class that day. all they kept talking abt was food!

챤구 소개하기

제 처음 에스더씨가 만날때 첫 인상을 아주 친철하고 똑똑하게 생겼습니다. 우리 처음부터 관계가 아주 좋았어요. 담화를 통해서 우리 대학교에서 똑같은 전공을 공부하기 는 실강했어요. 이 이유기 때문에 이터넷으로 자주 애기해요.

에스터씨가 일이기 때문에 아주 빠바서 숙제를 하는 것이 싫어요. 일을 통해서 스트레스 많이 받아서 직업이 도 싫어요. 에스더씨가 딱 한국어를 공부 하는것이 줗아해요. 우리 두 사람은 음악한테 비슷한 관심있지만 좋은 드라마가 아주 달라요. <네 이름은 김삼순> 본 후에 한국어를 많이 관심 있어서 공부했어요. 그렇지만 제가 그 드라마 1회 본 후에 생각은 재미없으니까 보기 중단했어요.

작년 3월부터 6월까지 에스더씨가 연세대학교에서 한국어를 공부했어요. 왜냐하면 회사에서 스트레스가 많이 받고 한번 한국에서 공부한 기희가 있어서 갔어요. 거기에서 세 지식을 많이 받고 재미있는 학기를 보내서 한번 더 가고 싶어요. 그리고 일을 한테 많이 불만 있어서 세로 직업에 찾아보고 싶어요.

When i first met esther, my 1st impression of her was that of a smart & friendly person. We got along quite well right from the start. Through our conversations, we realised that we both majored in accountancy in uni. Thus, we started chatting quite a lot on the internet.

Because esther's v busy with her work, she hates doing homework. In addition, as she is very stressed out by her work, she hates her job as well. The only thing she likes is to study korean. Both of us like the same type of music but not dramas though. After watching Kim Sam Soon, Esther developed an interest in korean & started studying it. However, after watching 1 episode of the drama, i lost interest in it.

From march to june last year, esther was at yonsei uni to study korean. Reason being, she was too stressed at work & thus took the opportunity to take a break & go there to study. She spent a very enjoyable semester there & learnt many new things. As such, she wants to go back there again. In addition, she wants to look for a new job as she is very dissatisfied with her current job.

New Heart's really nice!!! hehe. just finished epi 12. 11 more episodes to go. Ji Sung's just so gd in here. i think the hospital scenes were really well done. the surgery scenes esp, were v v realistic. also, this series made me realise how impt doctors are to the patients. get a lousy one & that's it. u've to watch the show for yrself to understand. if only every doctor was like dr choi..

heard that MBC's gonna film part 2 cause it was so popular. think it went up to 30+%!! i do hope that they retain the original cast though..

n... i hope KHU replies soon.

WS called in the morning from korea. waking me up from my sleep. boo. even though it was already 11am, but still. haha. anw, was glad to hear from her. she hasn't updated in like eons. then i found out tt she went to yongpyeong ski resort! so cool. n she told me that the ground level was scattered with figures of choi ji woo & bae yong jun. ahhh. 부뜨럽다! n JT has already booked her tickets. she's leaving on the 14th of May. n i think we'll be at Jeju on the same days! then we can prolly meetup in Seoul to go sightseeing too. maybe lunch or dinner? ackkk. i'm so excited. even though its still like 2 more mths away.

finally picked up my passport today. had to wait for like 1 over hour!! gosh. n i kept starring @ the board, waiting for my number to flash. kinda like looking @ flashing 4D numbers or something. hur hur. but it was soooo crowded!! can't believe it. i think the whole world's going for hols or something.

class was quite enjoyable today. hehe. but while we were reciting our lines to 민선생님, the CD player turned itself on thrice! and twice was while bee leng was talking. so 민선생님 kept saying tt it must be a 강시(vampire). but honestly, i wonder y the CD player behaved this way. maybe it was on pause or something?? but really, its either we've gotten used to 민선생님 or she became more jovial. and she fetched us to the MRT station again. agnes misunderstood her & was all set to walk off, leaving 민선생님 standing by her car. hehe. only 6 more lessons left with her. so sad... i do hope tt she'll teach A1 next sem. :)

n on the train, we got into a conversation with this lady cause bee leng noticed her SHARP e dict, which was the same as agnes. so we chatted a little & found out tt she's from NUS ext, in level 5. n her teacher's also 치선생님! what a coincidence! :D the world's really so small. hope tt she didn't mind us talking to her like that.

ahhh. am tired. shd stop keeping late nights & start sleeping early. soon. :D
