just got back from Bible study.. wow.. what a great sermon it was today! am i ever glad that i decided to go for it. was contemplating on the train if i shd go cause i wanted to go home to sleep. God is good. received a great revelation today. that's y i say, God never fails. :) Believe in your heart, speak it out through your mouth & miracles will happen. :) God's presence was really evident in BS today esp when we were singing the song You are so faithful.

i'm in the NBS free access lab now. decided to skip stats lect today even though i was kinda early for sch. :P i dun really understand what he's talking abt anyway.i think i'll benefit more if i study it on my own. ade, we must get together to study for stats ya? haha. i've got another Accounting test next mon and it accounts for 15% of my final grade. gotta spend my weekend studying for this test. i haven't really been touching stats at all. was trying to catch up albeit unsuccessfully though. abt 5(?) more weeks to the exams.. :( i still have to complete my OB & D project for submission next week. if i'm not wrong, i still have another stats project coming up as well. busy busy busy!

i need and want to relax! must remember what Ps Prince said last sun during service. "let not your heart be troubled". God wants to bless us but he won't be able to do that unless we let HIM take care of our troubles. We can't use our own strength to do it. Only God can solve it for us. So rest easy in him and let him take care of it all. " for my burden is easy and my yoke is light" i've tried applying this in my life and i've found what Ps Prince said to be true! so to those out there who r worrying needlessly, cast all your cares onto God, for He cares for you. :)

bible study tomorrow! can't wait.... :) haha. more feeding of the Word.yay! i've come to love sundays cause it means that there's service. but yet, i kinda dread it cause it means that my weekends are coming to an end & sch is gonna start the next day. but, i've no cause for worry cause my God will see me through. :)

gonna go off for OB&D tutorial now...

bus 179 drivers drive too fast in NTU. i mean, here am i, trying to catch up on sleep and this bus is like going at 80,90(?)km/hr. the roads in NTU r narrow & winding. but the drivers still manage to drive at an amazingly fast speed. it doesn't help that the bus stops are in pretty near proximity to each other. so those on the bus are reduced to being shaken from side to side every min. also, it's either that the seat is tilted at an angle such that i keep sliding off or that my pants are just too smooth to stay on the seat. i'm betting that it's the former. yeah, so back to my story. i was half asleep when i felt myself slipping off the seat. next thing i knew, the bus jerked and i almost fell off. so i ended up having to clutch the pole in one hand and my bag in the other in my half-awake state. it's definitely not fun at all. :( and the funny part is that the drivers choose to drive faster ONLY when they're in NTU. before and after they are in NTU, they seem to be able to drive at a normal speed with no jerking at all! they choose to speed on narrow roads but not on wide roads. funny. i thought it should be the other way round. Singaporeans just love a challenge, don't they?

i'm supposed to be doing my resume & report for comm mgt, but i'm just too lazy to do so. procrastination again. *shakes head*. anw, i ended up being late for Financial Mgt again. reached sch at 9am. the seminar was like only 3/4 full. looks like most of them decided to slp in. am i ever glad that our project is turned in at last. i pon-ed stats tutorial after that cause i was just too tired. dropped in at Raffles Place to have lunch with Pam @ Shenton House before going back to slp. and yes, i didn't go for bible study today. haiz. wanted to go but just couldn't pull myself out of bed.

gd news! i think my net has been 'repaired' or something. i can use it at night! *cheers*. it was so hard trying to do projects @ night with yr friends when yr net is down!

i think wai shan has like ESP or something. she seems to know exactly what shows i have when i didn't even tell her. just last night she msg-ed me asking to borrow 美喂情緣! haha. oh well... :P

4 more weeks to the dreaded exams.. :( i was talking to Catherine on my way back just now and she was telling me horror stories abt da-paoing..:( apparently stats has the highest da-pao rate of 30%, followed by acc 1,15% and lastly financial mgt! my stats is pretty bad. it's kinda my fault cause i haven't been doing my tutorials and stuff. gotta play catch up which is so not fun. :( but by the grace of God, i'll not da-pao any subs. amen! :)

ade,u didn't go for CG too!! haha. thought you would go lor. anw, sorry tt i didn't pick up yr call just now. was sleeping so missed it. :P

shucks... i'm still awake at like 11.46pm. and i have a seminar at 8.30am tomorrow. which means that i need to wake up at like 6.30am tomorrow! how?!?! i'm still rushing out my FM project which needs to be handed up tomorrow!! :( all of us are busy calculating IRRs & probabilities. Let's pray that its correct. so many figures, so many rules & so many things to do! urgh.. busy busy busy!

OB & D presentation is over! yay! but i still have to do the project. need to hand up by week 11. 2 more weeks to go. this week is gonna be very busy! got a resume & a report to do for AB114: Comm Mgt. need to study for AA101 test in week 11 as well. so many things to do!!! and got to revise stats. i'm still quite clueless abt it. this is not good...

oh well,back to my project again....

P.S: Pam, u only gave me till epi 13.

i want the holidays to come again!!! yes! again!! 9th week of sch, but i feel as if i haven't done anything really productive yet. need to get back into the studying mode desperately! exams are in like 5 weeks time... boo. :( still got presentation tomorrow & a project to hand up on fri!

Pam!! i want my jao dim fung wan.. it's getting better & better!!! totally dislike Chloe. can't stand her behaviour. wonder y ah kit can't see through her. esp dislike it when she calls ah kit 'sum biu kor'. sounds so disgusting.. eeeee. anw, she gets her just deserts @ the end. haha. :)

i got an A for my Acc project!!!! praise God!! :) i was expecting a C or D, but God really came through!! :) i'm so happy now. :P still have a few more projects to go. in my 9th week of sch already. abt 5 more weeks to go before the exams. can't wait for holidays to come!! meanwhile, its studying time. :(

got back from my cousin's wedding at abt 11.30pm last night. it was held at the Laguna National Country Club. food was decent, but not that fantastic though. :( was feeling quite zonked cause i was out since morning. had service in the morning and it was fantastic!! God's arrangement for JC was just so perfect and it was amazing how everything just fell into place so nicely as illustrated by Ps Prince through the tabernacle layout. :) anw, i'm supposed to be at Acc 1 lect now but i decided not to go to sch as i'm still recovering. we spent half the time disturbing my niece & were rewarded with lots of funny reactions.. haha.

i dun feel like doing anything at all man. the medicine's making me perspire a lot, so i'm like super sticky.. :( sch's starting on mon again. recess week sure has gone by very fast. i haven't really done anything much this week. and i checked the grader's report for presentation topic 2 and 2 groups failed! goodness. nvm, by God's grace, my group will do well! :) i really can't wait for the sem to be over. i think i've abt 6? more weeks of sch before the exams begin. need to do catching up esp for Stats! i still can't get back to the same studying mood i had during the As last year. i just keep procrastinating the whole time and look what has happened! my work is piling up sky high!!!! Ade ah, you gotta motivate me to study man. and, you didn't tell me if u were going for bible study last night!! anw, bible study was good. :) Ps Lawrence preached last night cause Ps Prince was away.. i dun think i'll be going for campus later though cause i need to rest.

it's a miracle!! it's already 10 and my internet is still working! :) usually, the net would be crawling at this time & i would be frantically searching for potential networks to leech on to, only to get kicked off 5-10 mins later. :(

anw, my HK trip's confirmed!! yay! i'll be going with Esther,Pam & my cousin,my niece & her boyfriend!! it's gonna be sooooo fun! New Year in HK! i can't wait to see the fireworks at Victoria Harbour.. i'm sure it'll be extremely beautiful! the cool weather makes it all the more enchanting & perfect. :) i've gotta start saving up for the trip. no more frivalous online spending from now on! I'm sure that i'll be able to get better & nicer stuff in HK. esp since i've been pretty disappointed with my recent purchases online.

i've this penchant for travelling. somehow i feel that travelling is so magical & exotic. it allows you to escape from yr troubles & worries and be transported to another land. i've this aim to travel out of the country every year. Israel is next on my list. imagine walking where Jesus walked & seeing where he lived. words can't even begin to describe it.

it's already the 2nd day of my holiday week and i haven't even began studying! most of my time was spent watching Revolving Doors Of Vengeance[RDOV}. It's every bit as good as the reviews said it was. I've finished 10 episodes in 2 days and i'm waiting eagerly for more. Joe is like so hot in the show! right Xuelin?? :P

just back from service.. :) feeling quite tired cause i only got like 5 hrs of sleep! hols are here again. but i've lots to catch up on. esp for Stats & OB.. my FM & Acc 1 is quite ok, so not much to worry abt. :) here's my 'timetable' for the hols:

New Year in HK. what fun.. :) fireworks galore!!! at least i've something to look forward to besides the exams. can't wait for sch to be over. it isn't as fun as i thought it would be. why must there be so many projects???? urgh.

holidays are here again! i've survived 7 weeks of school! :) decided to skip CG today cause Ade decided not to go. it ended up with all the yr 1s skipping CG. whoops.. hope that there wasn't that bad a turnout today. :P since i left sch early, i decided to head down to the NATAS fair at Suntec with Pam to check out the fares for HK. looks like HK's gonna be super crowded this yr cause of Disneyland. Am i ever glad that i decided not to go to Disneyland this year. :) now i won't have to queue up 3 hrs just to take a ride. haha. that time can be put to better use for other things. such as shopping. :P hopefully Jiun Pey will consent to going with us so that we can qualify for the SQ promo.. otherwise we'll have to take Jetstar or UA. looking forward to the HK trip.. it'll be so much fun! haven't really hung out with JP since sec sch, save for the occasional call or trip to the movies. :) bet she's gonna go hunting for all the places that were featured in the HK serials. right JP?? ;)

anyway, i've just 2 more episodes of The Gateux Affairs to go before i can start watching my Revolving Doors Of Vengeance!! can't wait! my Joe,Ron & Kenix are all in there! have heard rave reviews about the show so i just can't wait to get started on it! :P

wow... it's gonna be the 7th week of sch already!! can't believe that time could actually go by sooooo fast! it's gd in a sense cause it means that sch will be over soon. but yet, there are the dreaded exams to content with. :( i'm supposed to do a critique of Amy's & my presentation for Comm Mgt.. but i haven't gotten ard to doing it yet cause i'm kinda lazy to do so. :P my FM prof decided to give us an extra 2 weeks to do our project, for which i'm extremely thankful. :) 2 tests & 2 projects. that pretty much sums up the week ahead.

bible study & service was great this week as usual. :) had a nice chat with Adelene before bible study started. she was telling me how some ppl were commenting that New Creation ppl can go to church like 3-4 times a week. well, my stand on this is that the New Creation ppl hunger & thirst for the Word of God. i'm sure that it's the same for the other churches as well. :) but if truth be told, we do have quite a lot of activities each week. midweek Bible Study on Thurs & Fri, Campus on Sat [if there's no CG on Fri] & service on Sun. however, i find that with each service, a new revelation, a new truth is always revealed to me. i have never felt more refreshed than i ever did. it's always a joy to find out more abt God and his promises to us. speaking of which, i can't wait for service again next week!! :) Ps Prince will not be preaching, but we'll have a guest speaker from Hillsong Australia!! :)

i forsee that the whole of next week is gonna be GONE! i've like 3 projects to do & 2 quizzes to take. :(i'm doing research for my financial management project even as i'm typing this. [taking a break now] i thought that i could finally take it easy for a while. esp since i just turned in my accounting project not long ago... but nooooo.. i am still as busy as ever. :( heeeeelp!
